Cyberbullying is addressed under multiple Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Section 66A, 66E, 67) and the Indian Penal Code (IPC Sections 354D, 509, 507). These laws protect individuals from online harassment, threats, defamation, and privacy invasion on social media or digital platforms.

🚨 Steps to Take If You're a Victim

• Do not delete evidence – take screenshots of chats, emails, or posts.
• Block the abuser from all platforms and note down usernames or IDs.
• Report the incident on the platform (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• File an online complaint at cybercrime.gov.in or visit the nearest cyber cell or police station.

• ID Proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.)
• Screenshots of offensive messages/posts
• Details of the accused (username, profile link, contact if known)
• Proof of psychological distress (optional – medical report)

This has caused immense mental trauma, fear, and public embarrassment. I have preserved screenshots of the chats/posts/comments as evidence and am attaching the same with this letter.  

I request you to kindly register a complaint under relevant sections of the IT Act and IPC and initiate a prompt investigation into the matter.
